GUESS WHO GOT A HAIR CUT?

Actually more than one hair got cut. She was getting kinda woolly, like a little lamb
.

I didn't want Crystal Jigsaw mistaking my puppy for one of her lambs.

Now, this is better.

She actually looks like a poodle -- but she' still only five months. And NO, she won't be getting anything fancier than this for a hair cut for the future. She looks just fine the way she is!

She looks splendid. So glad you don't go in for those silly poodle cuts. Give the dog some dignity!

Ah, she is a beautiful little Miss, for sure.

Now that is true poodle! I also actually like the lamb styling. Hoping that dear Sadie didn't mind those clipper too much.

Best wishes to all around the range.

® Rose: Thanks. Our last poodle, named Sarah, (who died a couple of years ago at 13) came from a long line of show dogs. We told her, when she came to our home, that she was going to be working girl -- and she got a "working girl's" hair cut. Not sure about Sadie's future, but she's got a "working girl's haircut" too.

® Natalie: Thank you. I'd loan her to you if you need a few extra cuddles. But you're a long way away, and I don't know how Sadie takes to flying. Being black, she might fit in with a black shirt and pants. Dogs can do amazing things!

I totally agree!!!!!! Poodles are simply beautiful, and do not need all the fancy trimmings!!! I like them better without!!! She is simply gorgeous!! Sigh... (BTW, I notice you list Dietrich Bonhoeffer on your sidebar!! Wonderful!!!) All the best to you, my dear friend...take care of your beautiful friends...I count on them to give me a smile and a wag every time I visit ;-) Hugs, Janine

She is adorable. I have my eye on a Labradoodle for my next one, which is a long way off as our Lucy is only 4. Or maybe a standard poodle. Is that what she is?
